Dena Daniel
Dena enjoys the mind-breath-body connection that yoga offers and focuses on practices and mantras that encourage students to remain present. She enjoys flowy movement and transitions to inspire students to be curious about their breath and body in and between asanas (postures). She blends mindfulness and physical flow to support a balanced energy of peace and strength. Dena hopes students leave her class feeling a sense of connection to and empowerment in mind, body and spirit. Personally, Dena is a "solar-powered" lover of nature, any trail and dogs.
