Why Hot Yoga?
All of our practice rooms at Soul Yoga are equipped with infrared heat panels. Infrared heat is designed to allow you to build heat within your body and cleanse it from the inside out.
All yoga classes require a “warm up” to prepare the body for the workout. The addition of heat allows the body to warm up and loosen the muscles quicker, allowing you to get more out of your practice.
Along with prepping your body for the practice, hot yoga is beneficial for the following reasons:

Detoxing impurities from the body
Strengthens the cardiovascular system
Benefits the lymphatic system
Increases immune system function
While we encourage every individual to listen to their bodies and do what is best for them, we suggest that students remain in the room for the duration of the entire class. Staying in the room throughout class will allow your body to acclimate to the heat. All classes end with Savasana, where students practice a final resting state, calming the nervous system and allowing students’ bodies to shift out of the exercise state.
