Vinyasa
A warm practice. “Vinyasa” translates from Sanskrit as “to place in a special way.” As such, Soul’s vinyasa class encourages the student to become mindful of every movement and its connection within the arc of the practice. Students are encouraged to gauge the intensity of their practice based on what they need at any given moment with a focus on smooth, mindful transitions and movement always guided by the breath. 60 minute class

Yin Yoga
A warm practice. Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice.
It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is in contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles. You’ll be supported by studio provided props as your teacher gently guides you through each posture’s set up to allow for the most support during long holds. You’ll leave class feeling light and open. 75 minute class -
Power Vinyasa
Power Vinyasa is a strong movement based practice that cultivates balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the student ebbs and flows between effort and ease. Let your breath guide your movement in this empowering class. 60 minute hot practice.

Soul Sculpt
Soul Sculpt combines the experience of a power vinyasa class with light resistance training and isolated movements that sculpts and tones the muscles. It's a low-impact class that leans into the fundamentals of vinyasa and includes focused core, glutes and hip strength building with pilates-style mat exercises. A hot, 50-minute workout for the body and the mind.

Power Vinyasa + Deep Stretch
A hot practice. Power Vinyasa + Deep Stretch is the perfect combo to warm up and wind down! This combo class is 30 minutes of Power Vinyasa and 30 minutes of slowed down, long deep stretches. The room is heated to enhance flexibility, flush toxins and prevent injury as well as challenge the mind. 60 minute class.

Soul Strong
A hot workout for the body and the mind. Soul Strong is a total body workout set to energizing music and designed to tone every major muscle group, build strength, stamina, flexibility and challenge your lung capacity! Hello Cardio bursts! Soul Strong complements your regular yoga practice with the addition of free weights and resistance bands to strength muscles. In addition to traditional yoga postures, you’ll see squats, lunges, jumping jacks, burpees and bicep curls and other fun and challenging movements in this high-energy class! 50 minute class
