Kelly Williams
Kelly teaches a dynamic and energetic power vinyasa designed to welcome the novice and challenge the experienced yogi. Her deep stretch is fluid and meditative to facilitate mindful movement supporting somatic, cerebral and spiritual connection. Each class emphasizes innovative movement and features meticulously curated music that challenges the perception of a traditional yoga class for a fresh, fun experience. Kelly’s yoga journey began in a public library decades ago and has evolved over the years from an interest in philosophy to the practical application in daily life. She completed her 200-hour certification with Soul in 2023. She teaches yoga to promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being across generations and throughout the community.
