Ashton Presley
Ashton started her yoga journey in 2017 through Soul Strong when she was seeking “just a really great workout.” At the time, she was focused on high intensity movement and thought little about the connectivity of mind, body and breath. After two years of teaching Soul Strong and becoming integrated into the Soul Yoga community, she found herself seeking more personal discovery and growth and turned towards exploring Power Vinyasa. She completed her 200 hour YTT in 2021 with a transformed outlook on the power of movement, now seeing it as not only a physical practice, but a mental and emotional exploration. She is eager to talk to avid Soul Strong students about her journey to the Power Vinyasa practice. She teaches both Soul Strong and Power Vinyasa and you can expect an upbeat, fun playlist with a lot of core work!
