Beth Phillips

Beth fell in love with yoga as a junior in college, at the beginning of 2020. Time spent on her mat shined a light on mental & physical strength she didn’t realize she had during a dark time in her life. In 2020, Beth decided to dive head first into her newfound passion. By the end of that year, Beth had joined the YES Team at Soul’s Five Forks studio and completed her 200 hour RYT (registered yoga teacher) certification. Since then, Beth has completed her 300 hour YTT and, as a Power Vinyasa teacher and the YES Team Lead of Soul Yoga Five Forks, she thinks of Soul Yoga as her 2nd home. In Beth’s classes, you can expect to find your own strength, both mentally & physically, through mindful reflections woven throughout creative and spicy sequences.
